| For your holiday in Istria we offer you to stay in Villa Tiganj in Medulin for 7 to 11 persons, just built and equipped 4 *. Near the house there is a sport airport, a small golf course and ranch. At 4 km there are many restaurants and bars, nightlife and plenty of sporting activities in Medulin, and the only sandy beache in Istria. The center of Pula is at 6 km.
The selfcatering villa for rent is new, just built and modernly furnished, equipped with gym/fitness, whirlpool bathtube, wireless Internet, 3 satellite TVs, 3 microwaves, owen, a dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, 3 air conditioners, 2 safe deposit boxes, 3 washing machines, 2 irons with boards and 2 hair dryers. |

The prices include: tourist taxes (registration and residence fee), bed linen and towels, consume of gas, water, electricity, internet use and final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small per person) are changed every 7 days and for each new guest. During high season (July and August) reservations are accepted only from Sathurday to Sathurday. One day stays are increased by 50%, 2 and 3 days by 30% and for stays longer than 4 days are valid the above prices.
Note: The holiday home consists of three separate accommodation units / apartments with 4 *, and is rented only as a whole:
